Barbecue: To use it, you must make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance and pay a fee of R$150 directly to the property manager. Oh, and remember: when you're done, leave everything clean, just as you found it.

Parking: The space in front of the apartment is for only 1 car. Unfortunately, it is not possible to park a second vehicle on site.
