This property offers an excellent opportunity to control electricity costs.

Upon arrival, the electricity meter is read, and another reading is taken at checkout.

In this way, payment is made only based on the actual consumption during your stay, according to the kWh used.

BARBECUE:

To use it, simply write the responsible person’s name and house number on the board.

Each house is entitled to one use per week, but if the barbecue is free (no reservation recorded), it may be used normally.

There is no usage fee, but we ask that the area be left clean after use. Do not take utensils from the kitchen to this area.

Otherwise, a fee of R$ 200.00 will be charged.

SOUND SYSTEM:

Use of audio devices is allowed at the pool at low volume, so as not to disturb anyone at any time of day.

POOL:

Use is allowed until 9:30 PM, reserved for disinfection and cleaning.

PARKING:

Each house is entitled to one parking spot inside the condominium.

If you arrive with two cars, the second must be parked on the street in front of the condominium.

LOCATION:

Condomínio Residencial Pedra da Lua is 300 meters from Estrada da Balsa. Reference: coming from the ferry toward Arraial, take the first left after Hotel Santa Fé.

We are 1 km from Barraca do Sting (Praia dos Pescadores), a 24-hour mini-market, a bakery, and approximately 2.5 km from downtown Arraial d’Ajuda.

Regarding the barbecue, please respect the usage schedule, leave the area clean after using it, and do not take utensils from the kitchen. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
