Access & Security
The condominium does not have an on-site front desk or gate attendant. Always take the house key and gate remote control with you. For security reasons, please make sure both the condominium’s main gate and the house are properly closed whenever you leave.
Cleaning & Care
Dishes and Trash: Please keep the house organized, wash any dishes you use, and dispose of trash at the end of your stay. Accumulated trash should be placed in the designated bins located outside the condominium.
BBQ Area: After using the BBQ grill, please leave the area clean to avoid attracting insects and small animals.
