1. Electricity - Consumption will be calculated based on meter readings taken at check-in and check-out. The charge is R$1.50 per kWh.

2. Check-in and Check-out - Standard hours: between 7 am and 7 pm. For times outside this period, it is necessary to consult in advance.

3. Balconies - Hanging clothes, towels, or other objects on the balconies is not permitted. This rule maintains the visual appeal and harmony of the condominium.

4. Parking - Each apartment is entitled to 1 parking space. Park correctly, without blocking other spaces.

5. Pets - Animals are not allowed in the bathing areas or the pool. This measure ensures hygiene and safety for all guests.

6. Pool - Hours of use: until 9 PM. After this time, maintenance and water treatment begin. Please use the common areas respectfully, keeping the environment clean and organized.

7. Waste Disposal.
