Access to the Gated Community

To ensure everyone's safety, guests must provide in advance the full name and identification document of all guests included in the reservation.

We also request the license plate numbers of all vehicles at least 3 days before arrival. Security staff may request identification documents or photos of the documents for verification and access authorization.

Noise and Community Rules

The house is located in a residential gated community. Music is allowed only at a moderate volume, respecting the peace of residents and community rules. Loud music is not permitted at any time.

Driving Inside the Community

When driving inside the gated community, please respect the posted speed limits and pay special attention to pedestrian areas, squares and children's playgrounds.

Visitors

Access to the property and gated community is intended for guests included in the reservation. Visitors must be requested and authorized in advance, in accordance with community rules.

Trash and Cleanliness

The community has its own waste collection service. Trash should be placed daily in the designated disposal area, properly bagged and securely closed, avoiding accumulation inside the property.

Pool and Leisure Area

Children must always be accompanied and supervised by an adult when using the pool and leisure areas.

Electricity

Electricity consumption is charged separately according to usage, based on meter readings taken at check-in and check-out.
